The Zen Walk-in Tub for Residents of the Thompson Okanagan

Perfect for small bathrooms and convenient for bathers who like to sit upright, The Zen walk-in tub is a Japanese soaking tub that allows for a relaxing foot bath or full soak up to the chest. The Zen can replace a 48” tub but has a much smaller footprint and taller walls. Walk-In Tubs serves the Thompson-Okanagan region in British Columbia from our office in Kamloops. We offer Safety Bath solutions to improve your bathing experience. 


The upright design uses less water than other models and comes with our signature outward-swinging door. Equipped with standard features, The Zen can have several add-on options for increased convenience. Book an appointment today!

At Walk-In Tubs, we offer our clients from the Thompson-Okanagan region of British Columbia a lifetime limited warranty on our products. Operating out of our Kamloops office, we source our high-quality products with safety and reliability in mind.

How to Claim Your Warranty

If you have purchased a product and activated your warranty, we will make the repair process quick and easy should something go wrong with your product. To submit a claim, simply contact us, and we will look into the matter right away. 

What Components Are Covered?

Our warranty covers: 

  • Manufacturer defects

Things to Know Before Buying

We offer a Lifetime Limited Warranty against defects in materials or workmanship affecting the quality and function of the tubs when used in the correct manner.  The tub and all components are warrantied for the lifetime of the buyer, and all the electrical is warrantied for 5 years.

Products must not have been misused, improperly set-up, or been abused for this warranty to apply.  The determination is solely ours and its obligation will be to repair or replace the defective product.

Purchaser determines suitability of all product usage and assumes all risk and liability.  Neither the seller or manufacturer shall be held liable for any injury, loss or damage from use of the product.
