How to Claim Your Warranty
If you have purchased a product and activated your warranty, we will make the repair process quick and easy should something go wrong with your product. To submit a claim, simply contact us, and we will look into the matter right away.

Things to Know Before Buying
We offer a Lifetime Limited Warranty against defects in materials or workmanship affecting the quality and function of the tubs when used in the correct manner. The tub and all components are warrantied for the lifetime of the buyer, and all the electrical is warrantied for 5 years.
Products must not have been misused, improperly set-up, or been abused for this warranty to apply. The determination is solely ours and its obligation will be to repair or replace the defective product.
Purchaser determines suitability of all product usage and assumes all risk and liability. Neither the seller or manufacturer shall be held liable for any injury, loss or damage from use of the product.
